Information you send us

The contact form collects your name, phone number, email and message. The moving calculator can also collect your preferred move date, pickup and drop-off city and ZIP, property types, home size, access conditions, extras, packing choices and the preliminary estimate shown to you. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in free-text fields.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare or follow up on your estimate, and arrange moving service if you choose to book. A preferred date is a request, not a confirmed booking.

Where enquiries are kept and who handles them

• Customer records: enquiries are stored in our private customer records system hosted on Lovable Cloud.
• Email: we use Resend to send our team a notification of your enquiry and, when you provide a valid email, a confirmation copy to you. These emails include your enquiry details and, for calculator enquiries, the estimate.
• Follow-up: we use HighLevel to keep follow-up records. Your name, email, phone, move locations and a summary note of your enquiry (preferred date, service, packing choice, estimate, message and campaign source) are added there.

Website measurement and advertising

Public pages use Google Analytics to measure visits and actions such as starting the calculator, calculating an estimate, saving an enquiry and tapping our phone number. Pages also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors interact with pages, including session replays.

When an enquiry is saved, the website may tell Google Ads that an enquiry occurred, using only our internal reference number for it. No form fields, contact details, move details or estimated price are sent to Google Ads, and Google's enhanced conversions are not used. This report is not sent for visitors in the EU, UK or Switzerland, or when your region can't be determined.

Within a browser tab, the site remembers the campaign details of the visit that brought you here (such as ad campaign tags and Google or Facebook click identifiers) and includes them with your enquiry. The calculator also records its steps, page and referrer, device type, a shortened browser description, locations, home size and estimate range, and links them to your enquiry if you submit one.

The contact page embeds Google Maps, which receives requests from your browser. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity and Google Maps may use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy policies.
